Because we had made a reservation for the Michelin two-star restaurant the midsummer house (highly recommended!!!), we got off at the nearest stop to the restaurant, stop8 Jesus Lane. It was easy to find the restaurant, which is an independent small building. We arrived a little early and couldn't go in, and waited in the cold for half an hour, but it was over quickly after taking some photos. As soon as we entered the door, we were amazed by the beauty of the restaurant, the glass roof and the glass windows surrounded by the back garden, and most importantly, it was finally warm! There are two types of set meals, four and seven courses. We chose the four-course set, which cost more than 1.5k per person. I want to say that every dish is delicious! I was not amazed by the Michelin restaurant I had in London two days ago, but every dish at this restaurant was a surprise. They were all creative dishes with special tastes and flavors. Every dish was completely clean and full. It suits our taste very well and is very satisfying.
